1. How One-Time Purchases Work
Exhibitor lists are sold individually per event. You select the tradeshow you're interested in, click Buy Now, and complete checkout through our secure payment provider Paddle.
After the payment is processed, your file becomes available instantly in your account and remains accessible for future downloads.

- Country, category and other data from the official tradeshow page
Data is collected directly from the official tradeshow event page and may vary slightly by event and organizer.
Instant Delivery
All purchases are delivered automatically. Files are accessible immediately after checkout and remain available in your account.
Light Manual Review
Before an event becomes available for sale, we perform a light manual quality check to ensure the data is accurate and complete. The delivery workflow itself is fully automated.
2. Pricing Rules
Current Public Price
All publicly available exhibitor lists are currently offered at a flat price of €20 per event. This price applies only to events that are live and accessible on the platform.
Archived or Non-Public Events
Events that have been removed from public listing or are no longer active may follow a different pricing model. These prices can vary based on access type or data availability.
Price Changes
Expolista reserves the right to update or adjust pricing at any time. Any change will always be displayed clearly on the relevant event page before purchase.

Do I need an account to purchase?
Yes - an account is required for us to deliver your file and store your downloads securely.
Can I buy multiple events?
Yes. Each event can be purchased individually. In a future version, you'll be able to add multiple events to a basket and complete them in a single checkout. For now, purchases are completed per event.
Will you notify me about future editions?
Notifications and follow features will be part of our upcoming subscription model.
