The 4th edition of Asia Photonics Expo, known as APE, will be held from 3 - 5 March 2027 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore. With a focus on ‘Driving innovation where photonics meet semiconductor’, the event is set to welcome more than 350 exhibitors and approximately 5,600 visitors.

Throughout the show, the entire photonics value chain will be on display, from optics and optical communications to lasers, testing, and manufacturing equipment. Nine national and regional pavilions will present high-performance products from both Asian and European markets. The Semiconductor Pavilion, introduced in a previous edition, will feature the latest in semiconductor technology.

Six thematic zones will be strategically placed throughout the expo to aid visitors in navigating the vast offerings efficiently:

• Photonics × Semiconductor Innovation Zone
• Infrared Night Vision Device Zone
• Portable Laser Product Zone
• Optical Component Zone

During the event, attendees will have ample opportunities to network and share knowledge. A series of forums and conference sessions will address practical applications, challenges, and solutions within the industry. Additionally, events such as a gala dinner and a site tour will encourage discussions and the potential for new partnerships.
