About this Edition
ATRAX 2022 served as Turkey's premier platform for the international amusement-attraction and recreation sector. Held in Istanbul, the event took place from 3 to 5 February 2022. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the annual expo had been postponed, making the 2022 edition a highly anticipated gathering.
Over 180 exhibitors participated, showcasing innovative products and services across four main sectors: Park-Attraction-Sport Facilities, Urban Design and Landscaping, Design, Planning and Consultancy, and Pool and Water Attractions. These offerings aimed to enhance urban life, providing solutions for construction, maintenance, and project advancement.
Professionals from the sector, public office representatives, local governments, landscape architects, and tourism industry members had the opportunity to discuss projects and investment opportunities. Throughout the show, special events such as sector-specific conferences and contests enriched the experience. The theme 'Happy Cities' highlighted projects that promote socializing and activities to increase urban happiness.
