About this Edition
The 35th edition of BI-MU will be held from 13 to 16 October 2026. Italy’s leading trade fair for metal-cutting and metal-forming machine tools, robots, automation, digital and additive manufacturing will return with the most recent technological innovations. In the course of four days, Fiera Milano will open its doors to more than 750 exhibitors and 35,000 trade visitors.
Dedicated to the future of manufacturing, BI-MU 2026 will display a comprehensive array of materials, machinery and equipment. The event layout will enable easy navigation throughout the exhibition area which exceeds 65,000 square metres. In 2026, there will be seven thematic areas: RobotHeart, AMITALY, BI-MU Digital, Metrology & Testing, Power4Machines, Heat & Surface Treatments and Tool Tech.
BI-MU 2026 will introduce two new formats. The 90 minutes with the world of Aerospace & Defense forum will take place on 14 October. It will address current challenges and production needs in these sectors. Scheduled on the following day, the 90 minutes with the world of Energy forum will outline supply chain issues and business opportunities. Both events will be led by renowned experts who will share their insights into the above-mentioned topics and other related matters.
