About this Edition
The BIO-Europe Spring 2022 event, held in Basel, Switzerland, concluded as a pivotal gathering for the biotech and pharma sectors. Following two successful virtual editions, the 2022 conference maintained its momentum with a comprehensive online experience from 28 – 31 March. The event's content, including recorded conferences and company presentations, remained accessible online until July 2022.
Attracting over 2,500 key market players, the event served as a hub for decision-makers across biotech, pharmaceuticals, finance, and investment fields. Representing more than 1,400 companies, participants had access to thousands of licensing opportunities. The programme featured four presentation tracks: Biotech Company, Midsize Pharma, Next Generation, and Academic Innovators. These tracks provided a platform for companies and researchers to showcase their innovative ideas and seek investment and development partnerships.
Throughout the show, the partneringONE platform proved invaluable, enabling attendees to identify prospective partners and arrange over 15,000 one-on-one meetings. This hybrid edition of the event enhanced its international reach and extended exposure for all participants.
