About this Edition
The CAFERES Japan 2025 took place from 16 to 18 July, gathering Tokyo's key players in the coffee, tea, and bakery sectors. The event was hosted at Tokyo Big Sight, showcasing the continuous growth of the café and restaurant exhibition in popularity and scale. With more than 600 exhibitors and approximately 45,000 trade visitors, the event marked a significant milestone for industry professionals.
Throughout the show, café owners, restaurateurs, caterers, hoteliers, retailers, and other F&B professionals had the opportunity to discover new suppliers and connect with business partners. The exhibition was divided into three main areas. The Coffee and Tea area featured a variety of beverages, food ingredients, coffee machines, HoReCa equipment, and more. In the Bakery and Sweets area, attendees found an assortment of dairy products, flours, frozen goods, and bakery machinery. The Takeout and Delicatessen area offered insights into ordering systems, packaging materials, and catering services.
