About this Edition
The Cibus International Food Exhibition 2023 was held in Parma, Italy, from 29 to 30 March 2023, at Fiere di Parma. This B2B event brought together professional visitors from various segments of the agri-food sector. During the event, institutions, trade associations, and food business professionals convened to explore new trends and strategize for the future.
Throughout the show, attendees experienced live demonstrations, informative lectures, and panel discussions. There were also taste-testing opportunities and competitions to engage participants. The Cibus 2023 Buyers’ Program offered a VIP experience to selected top buyers, which included show cooking and retail tours.
In addition, special projects such as the HoReCa Hub Area, Cibus Off: the Cibus “Fuori Salone”, and Cibus LAB attracted many visitors.
