About this Edition
The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) held its annual meeting, EANM 2022, from 15 – 19 October 2022 at the CCIB – Barcelona International Convention Centre. This event marked a significant return to an in-person format in Barcelona, Spain, after previous online editions due to the pandemic.
During the event, more than 6,000 medical professionals gathered to engage with over 1,000 presentations and 150 seminar sessions. The Plenary Sessions stood out as a prestigious component of the congress. Additionally, the Cutting Edge Science track provided crucial insights into radiopharmaceuticals and dosimetry, while the M2M (“From Molecule to Man”) track focused on translational developments in imaging and therapy.
Throughout the show, participants also had access to specialized educational opportunities, including the Young Day forum and Continuing Medical Education courses. Moreover, the congress facilitated connections between more than 200 companies and the broader medical and scientific community through an extensive exhibition.
