About this Edition
The celebrated Equita Lyon 2022, Europe's premier equestrian fair, took place at Eurexpo Lyon from 26 to 30 October 2022. This event featured the Longines Equita Lyon Concours Hippique International, drawing attendees from around the globe for a spectacular five-day showcase of equestrian prowess.
Throughout the show, visitors experienced a diverse range of equestrian equipment and accessories, admired various horse breeds, and enjoyed live demonstrations. Professionals and enthusiasts alike engaged with expert riders, horse breeders, and manufacturers, enhancing their knowledge and passion for the equestrian world.
Equita Lyon 2022 was organized into distinct expo areas, including the Breeding and Horse Sales Area, Health Area, Children’s Village, Startups’ Village, and The Cultural Break. Each area provided a focus on aspects such as horse health, breeding, innovation, and education.
During the event, two evenings were dedicated to the sporting and entertainment aspects of horse shows. The Longines Equita Lyon Concours Hippique International 2022 hosted the Four FEI Worlds Cups, where competitors vied for top honors in Jumping, Dressage, Driving, and Western categories.
