About this Edition
Scheduled from 27 to 29 April, FBIF 2026 marked the 12th edition of China’s leading B2B event for food innovation. It combined an exhibition with forum sessions, held at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. The occasion brought together more than 650 exhibiting companies and over 47,000 attendees. During the three days of the trade fair, the F&B community discussed new technologies, strategies, and potential partnerships.
FBIF 2026 occupied approximately 53,800 square metres. The stands featured the latest specialised equipment and packaging solutions, as well as various ingredients and ready-to-use products. Esteemed service providers offered their expertise in areas such as design and marketing. The vast exhibition range was complemented by four special events:
