About this Edition
Foodservice Australia 2025 was held in Melbourne from 18 to 20 May. This international trade show, organized by National Media's Food and Beverage Group, took place at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC). It welcomed over 450 exhibiting companies and attracted around 12,000 professional buyers, including restaurateurs, hotel and café owners, chefs, caterers, retailers, and distributors.
Throughout the show, attendees explored a wide array of products and services tailored for the hospitality and catering industries. Exhibits featured foods, kitchenware, bakery and coffee equipment, software solutions, and customer engagement technologies. In addition, the Specialty Producers pavilion provided a unique platform for buyers to engage with Australia's small-sized food, beverage, and ingredient suppliers.
During the event, visitors had the chance to participate in a rich program of special events and educational activities. The Training Hub and the Café School offered valuable learning experiences. On 19 May, the National Restaurant Conference addressed emerging trends and challenges in the HoReCa sector, such as tech innovations, changing customer expectations, and regulations. The Aged Care Catering Summit, held on 20 May, focused on the latest developments in this rapidly evolving service area.
