About this Edition
FOTEG ISTANBUL, an international trade fair for food processing technologies, successfully concluded its 17th edition at the Istanbul Expo Center. Held from 24 to 26 April 2025, the event attracted professionals from Turkey and abroad to discuss the sector's latest developments. Over 9,000 visitors and more than 220 exhibitors participated, highlighting the significance of food storage, packaging, and distribution.
Throughout the show, attendees explored a wide array of products and solutions across sectors such as food packaging, automation, supply chain management, and food safety. The exhibition area, spanning 6,300 m2, placed a particular emphasis on the role of high-quality packaging systems in maintaining food preservation and quality.
