About this Edition
GELATISSIMO 2024 was a unique event that took place in Stuttgart, Germany, from 3 to 7 February 2024. As the only trade fair dedicated to handmade gelato north of the Alps, it was hosted at Messe Stuttgart, alongside INTERGASTRA, a leading event for the hotel and gastronomy sector.
During the event, local and international ice-cream manufacturers, gelato parlour owners, and coffee shop operators gathered to share business insights, forge new relationships, and immerse themselves in an engaging exhibition. The show covered 15,000 sq. m. and featured six key categories: raw ingredients, toppings and waffles, ice-cream machines, refrigerated counters, gelato menus and accessories, as well as shop design and construction.
Throughout the show, attendees experienced live demonstrations by master artisans, participated in competitions, and attended workshops. A marketplace provided a plethora of products and solutions. Notably, the CHEF-SACHE networking platform and the Grand Prix GELATISSIMO were among the highlight events.
