About this Edition

From 26 to 28 June 2026, Messe Friedrichshafen hosted Europe’s premier event dedicated to amateur radio. More than 380 companies displayed a vast array of radio technology and accessories across 27,400 square metres of exhibition space. Over 11,600 visitors joined them during the three days of Ham Radio 2026. An interesting addition took place alongside Ham Radio; for the first time, Astro was held on 27 June, focusing on astronomy, astrophotography, and observational equipment.

Participants at Ham Radio 2026 discovered the largest radio flea market in the EU, featuring an abundance of historical radio devices, transistors, and related accessories. The event attracted commercial exhibitors, international associations, and amateur radio enthusiasts. In addition to the business opportunities at the fair, the community engaged in experiments, educational sessions, and discussions on key topics. In partnership with Deutscher Amateur-Radio-Club (DARC) e.V., the programme included presentations, live radio contacts, and diverse activities fostering communication and knowledge transfer. The Ham Radio Job Market provided valuable resources for attendees seeking to advance their careers in this exciting field.
