About this Edition
The International Food & Drink Event (IFE) of 2025 was a notable gathering in London's trade show calendar. From 17 to 19 March 2025, ExCeL London hosted this key biennial event, which ran in conjunction with four other industry-related shows: IFE Manufacturing, The Pub Show, HRC, and International Salon Culinaire. Together, they formed part of the Food, Drink & Hospitality Week.
IFE 2025 showcased a vast array of innovations in the food and drink sector, with more than 1,500 exhibitors participating. The event was organized into 14 themed zones, each offering unique insights and products. Among these were zones dedicated to speciality foods, vegan and plant-based offerings, chilled and frozen food, international pavilions, cheese pavilions, fresh produce, and hot beverages.
Throughout the show, attendees engaged with live demonstrations, workshops, and seminars led by industry experts. These sessions covered a range of important topics and provided valuable knowledge for those in attendance. A highlight of IFE 2025 was the World Food Innovation Awards, where participants competed in categories such as Best Product 2025, Best Business 2025, and Best Innovations 2025.
