INTERNORGA 2023

INTERNORGA 2023 took place in Hamburg, Germany, from 10 to 14 March, opening its doors to the HoReCa sector's professionals. The event was hosted at the Hamburg Messe und Congress, welcoming visitors daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Throughout the show, five exhibition sectors were featured, including Food, beverages and coffee/machines; Bakery and patisserie; Kitchen technology and equipment; and Digital Applications. Attendees had the opportunity to explore new products, engage with industry trends, and participate in high-level business networking.

During the event, INTERNORGA 2023 offered an intensive program with various activities. Trend areas such as the Newcomers Area allowed emerging businesses to present their innovations. The Craft Spirit Lounge showcased hand-crafted spirits, while the Craft Coffee Area and Packaging + Delivery section highlighted additional trends.

The HoReCa trade show also included a conference and several special events. One highlight was the Food Truck Village, which provided a selection of food-to-go options in partnership with the Lunch-Karawane.
