About this Edition
InterTabac 2023, the world's largest exhibition for tobacco products and smoking accessories, took place from 14th to 16th September 2023 at Messe Dortmund in Germany. The event showcased an extensive product range from over 600 exhibitors, attracting more than 12,000 professional visitors.
Throughout the show, attendees explored a variety of tobacco products, smoking accessories, shishas, e-cigarettes, and pipes. The co-located InterSupply tradeshow provided insights into the manufacturing processes and technologies behind these products. Industry representatives, buyers, and business owners had the opportunity to meet suppliers from diverse regions, including China, India, Indonesia, and some South American countries.
During the event, fashionable next-generation products, or NGPs, took centre stage. These included a range of innovations such as heat-not-burn products, potentially risk-reduced products, and vaping technologies. An extended supporting programme enriched the experience with lectures and discussions about customer advisory sessions and industry-relevant topics like the latest developments in retail trade and spirit pairing.
