ISM Manufacturing 2027

From its 2027 edition onwards, ProSweets Cologne will be integrated into the ISM platform under the name ISM Manufacturing. The event will take place from 31 January to 3 February 2027 at Messe Cologne. Together with ISM Cologne and ISM Ingredients, the trade fair will welcome more than 1,600 exhibitors and 32,000 professional visitors.

ISM Manufacturing 2027 will provide a variety of technological innovations and solutions aimed at reducing costs and the ecological footprint across processes in confectionery and snacks production. The exhibition will be organised into four main areas:

• World of Packaging Materials showcasing primary and secondary packaging, design, materials and decorations
