About this Edition
Millesime Bio 2023, Europe's exclusive trade fair for industry professionals with a 100% organic offer, took place on the 30th and 31st January 2023 at Parc des Expositions in Montpellier, France. The event also provided a digital platform for communication and networking from 23rd to 24th January, following the previous year's hybrid format.
Throughout the show, more than 1,400 exhibitors showcased their organic wines, wine-based drinks, beers, ciders, and spirits. Unlike other wine events, Millesime Bio does not group wines by country or appellation, encouraging visitors to explore freely. Since 2019, other organic beverages have had a dedicated section, reflecting the sector's growth and diversification.
During the event, attendees engaged in Masterclasses, technical seminars, and conferences to gain fresh industry insights. The Enoteca, a self-service tasting area, was organized by country, region, and color, facilitating visitors' exploration of the various offerings.
