About this Edition
The hospitality summit Nord Gastro und Hotel 2023 took place at Messe Husum from 13 – 14 February 2023. After a hiatus, the event welcomed over 5,000 trade visitors from the gastronomy, hotel, tourism, and catering industries. Over 250 exhibitors showcased quality solutions and technological innovations in commercial kitchen equipment, hotel and gastronomy facilities, interior design, food, beverages, spirits, and IT systems.
Throughout the show, a diverse visitor profile, including many with decision-making authority and readiness to purchase, facilitated productive business encounters. The event offered a platform for the HoReCa industry in Germany to foster and sustain business partnerships, with a high return rate of loyal clientele.
