About this Edition
The PLMA “World of Private Label” trade show, held in Amsterdam, reunited retailers and wholesalers from the private label sector in 2022. After the challenges posed by the pandemic, the event on 31 May – 1 June marked a significant gathering for industry stakeholders. The digital counterpart, the PLMA Global Online trade Show, took place from 28 – 31 March, offering a virtual experience of the in-person event's offerings.
During the event, over 2,500 exhibitors showcased their commitment to sustainability through innovative labelling and packaging solutions. These displays were categorized into various sectors, including foods, non-food categories, health and beauty, housewares, and DIY. The Idea Supermarket featured 500 of the most innovative private-label launches from the previous year. The Salute to Excellence Awards celebrated innovation and quality within the industry. In addition, the Forum Centre provided a pre-show seminar programme, enriching the exhibition with live presentations from industry leaders and the announcement of the award winners.
