About this Edition
The global media and entertainment technology community gathered in Frankfurt for Prolight + Sound 2022, held from 26 – 29 April 2022. This key annual event marked a significant reunion after previous editions were canceled due to the pandemic.
Throughout the show, over 1,600 exhibitors showcased solutions for every aspect of audio-visual production and entertainment shows. These ranged from lighting and sound equipment to theatre and stage, and AV systems integration. The event attracted around 80,000 decision-makers, including venue designers, event managers, and entertainment studios, offering a platform for networking and creating new business contacts.
During the event, the supporting programme featured the Manufacturers’ Forum, where participants presented and discussed innovative multimedia solutions. The ProAudio area provided a comprehensive experience of professional audio technology. In addition, the 2022 edition enhanced its offerings with various digital features.
