About this Edition
The 19th edition of TASTE 2026 took place from 7 to 9 February 2026 at Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Italy. This event brought together more than 8,400 professional buyers and over 770 exhibiting companies from the global gastronomic sector. During the event, attendees explored the finest Italian food and wine, presented by experts and master chefs.
