Techtextil 2022

Previously, Techtextil 2022 unfolded in Frankfurt, Germany, showcasing the latest in functional textiles and textile technologies. The event, initially set for an odd-numbered year, was rescheduled to 21 – 24 June 2022 due to the pandemic, marking a shift to even-numbered years for future editions.

During the event, Techtextil Frankfurt 2022 and its counterpart, Texprocess, occupied the western section of Messe Frankfurt, a first for these shows. With over 1,500 exhibitors, the exhibition featured a range of innovations across fabric manufacturing equipment, woven fabrics, nonwovens, functional textiles, fibres, yarns, and coated textiles. The supporting program, including the Techtextil Forum and the Innovation Award, provided attendees with valuable industry insights and inspiration.

As a key international B2B platform, Techtextil drew industry leaders, designers, scientists, and researchers. Over 40,000 participants, many from outside Germany, had the opportunity to expand their networks and explore new business avenues.
