About this Edition
The 55th edition of Vinitaly 2023, held in Verona, Italy, showcased a diverse range of wine and spirits from over 40 countries. With close to 4500 exhibitors, the event was a hub for exploring the latest trends in wine-making, mixology, and marketing. During the event, top buyers from more than 50 countries immersed themselves in thematic areas designed to enhance their understanding and appreciation of the industry.
Vinitalybio highlighted certified organic wines, while the International wine hall put a spotlight on global wine production. Vinitaly Tasting - The DoctorWine Selection offered a blend of seminars led by experienced sommeliers and wine tastings. Vinitaly Design catered to the HoReCa sector with an array of furnishings and accessories. Enolitech delved into the technological aspects of the supply chain, from nurseries to the final product.
Mixology sessions celebrated the art of drink mixing. A new addition, Micro Mega Wines - Micro Size, Mega Quality, featured Italian estates committed to preserving rare native grape varieties, offering unique wines in limited quantities. Throughout the show, attendees had the opportunity to engage with these specialized sectors and deepen their industry connections.
