About this Edition
The much-anticipated boot Düsseldorf 2022, Europe's leading water sports trade fair, was unable to proceed as planned due to health and safety concerns amidst the Omicron variant spread. Despite this setback, the event was rescheduled to take place in January 2023, in Dusseldorf, Germany. The previous editions in 2021 and 2022 were also cancelled for similar reasons.
During the event, over 2,000 exhibitors showcased their latest products and services across 9 exhibition areas and 10 activity zones. This comprehensive offering provided visitors with a 360-degree view of the sailing world, including motorboats, yachts, water sports gear, fishing equipment, and travel services. Throughout the show, industry members, which numbered around 40,000 out of the 200,000 attendees, had the opportunity to 'reboot' their business connections and forge new partnerships.
