About this Edition
The 31st Salon du Chocolat in Paris, also known as Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie, will run from 28 October to 1 November 2026. This event will celebrate chocolate and pastry craftsmanship, bringing together approximately 240 exhibitors and 96,000 visitors. Chocolatiers, pastry chefs, cocoa producers, and gourmet enthusiasts will connect during the five-day event.
Professionals will gather in the BtoB Village, where they can explore a vast array of ingredients, machinery, and packaging solutions. In addition, a comprehensive programme of expert-led conferences, presentations, and meetings will be available. The public exhibition area will provide opportunities to analyze consumer expectations and anticipate upcoming trends. Attendees can look forward to chocolate- and pastry-making demonstrations, roundtables, interactive activities, and award ceremonies.
Among the highlights, participants can expect the Signatures Pavilion for tea-time-style tastings and an exclusive programme. The new Choco’Live area will feature competitions, entertainment, and educational activities. One of the most iconic formats, The Inspiration Lane, will showcase artistry and cultural themes through an attractive display of chocolate sculptures created by established master chocolatiers and young chocolate artists. The En Résidence space will host chocolatiers and pastry chefs who will share their knowledge and techniques while preparing original desserts.
