About this Edition
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles will welcome 16,000 food professionals for the upcoming edition of the renowned French trade fair dedicated to innovation in the food industry, Snack Show (formerly Sandwich & Snack Show). The 2027 edition will take place on 24 and 25 March. Food professionals will have the opportunity to explore the latest products, solutions, and state-of-the-art machinery, to take part in meaningful discussions and networking activities.
The comprehensive product overview at Snack Show 2027 will cover three major exhibitor pillars:
- Snacking displays innovative foods and packaging solutions;
- Parizza+Gusto presents Italian snacking specialities;
- Smart Lab features advanced food technologies and cutting-edge equipment.
The exhibition floor will host various stands where over 400 well-established exhibitors will showcase organic and eco-friendly products, bakery items, retail offerings, innovations, plant-based options, gluten-free ranges, halal food, kosher food, and more. The 2nd edition of the Coffee Place will engage visitors in hands-on experiences, demonstrations, and masterclasses, while leading manufacturers and baristas will showcase high-quality products and skills.
