About this Edition
After overcoming the challenges of previous cancellations, SIMA 2022 marked a significant milestone in the trade show industry. Held in Paris, France, from 6 – 10 November, the event celebrated its 100th anniversary, welcoming a global audience to the Paris-Nord Villepinte Parc des Expositions. Over 200,000 participants, including nearly 2,000 exhibitors and visitors from 140 countries, made the event a diverse and dynamic platform for the agricultural community.
Throughout the show, SIMA 2022 showcased a vast array of products and services across 15 exhibition sectors, catering to farmers with varying production methods and scales. The introduction of a Business Meetings programme provided a new avenue for manufacturers and suppliers to engage with potential clients, fostering connections and facilitating business growth.
The event also served as a hub for innovation and education within the agricultural sector. SIMA TECH stood out as a key area for discovering cutting-edge farming technologies, while SIMA TALENT offered career opportunities and the chance to engage with industry experts. The return of SIMAGENA, the livestock genetics show, added to the event's comprehensive offerings.
